Question I
Kirksey v. Kirysey (case部分老師有附一些簡單事實)
Based on the fact depicted, supposed this case is going to be tried under
these days, please answer the following questions.
1. What's the meaning of consideration of a contract? How are you going
to contend for the plaintiff that there is a valid contract against the
defendant for damages?
2. What's the meaning of promissory estoppel? How are you going to clain the
promissory estoppel against defendant? And what is the scope of damages
under the promissory estoppel in this case.
Question II
Batsakis v. Demotsis (一樣有附上簡單事實)
Based on the fact above-mentioned, supposed the case is retried how are you
going to defend for Ms.Demotsis under the argument of unconscionability?
考試時間10:30（平常上課約10:45開始）-12:00
順便提一下
老師平常上課滿仔細的，考試的都有講過也講得不快，到考前約上十個case
沒考好好像只能怪自己......希望有好運......
然後這是老師考前所謂「考case的部分」期末考貌似不是這樣
上課壓力不會很大，只是老師平常滿冷面的
另外老師寫板書可以雙手開弓超酷的！
