基本上講到尿尿沒有什麼文雅不文雅的吧，
在公開場合講尿尿本來就不合宜(taboo)，倒也不是pee本身是粗話。
如果真要說的話，
我覺得pee 算是口語中比較 neutral (中性、沒有特別的意涵)的講法，
看影集時也常聽到這個字
(Friends裡就常聽到，
X檔案裡面史卡利也跟穆德講過：If it's monkey pee in there, you're on your own.)
另外有個字好像不少台灣人喜歡用，piss, 這個字倒是比pee還要粗
要學術一點的話，urine吧，不過這個字是名詞，動詞是urinate.
（昨天的CSI裡面法醫就說了一句：Urine...you're out (諧音 You're in, you're out)
只是對話時講urinate 不知道會不會讓人覺得你在吊書袋。:P
還有附帶一提的是，
姑且不論pee是不是粗話，
Carrie專欄標題用那個字是有用意的，
她是故意取哈姆雷特裡面的名言"To be or not to be, that's the question"
pee 和 be 有諧音之妙，
當然 to be or not to be 這句名言已經被用得很廣泛，其中動詞可以任意帶換
可是如果改成 to piss or not to piss, to urinate or not to urinate
效果總是不比 to pee or not to pee 好。
