這就要來引述一下本劇的造型師Patricia Field講的話了﹔
I never worry that Carrie's weardobe doesn't make sense for a writer's income,
because I rationalize that she lives in Manhattan, knows designers, and can
walk into a showroom and borrow what she wants. Also, she is a bright girl.
She can go to the thrift shops and mix things up, which she does.She is
interested in looking the way she looks, and she puts her energy into figuring
out a way to do it. Miranda, who has more money than Carrie, doesn't dress as
fashionably. It's not about money, it's realy about the desire.But ultimately,
I don't think about it. I can walk off the reality tightrope a litte, as long
as I don't fall down.
