   I dont agree the 1st point
   as for me, 文學獎 should be literature
   so the proportion 2:1:1 is the best
   otherwise it is not literature , but Competition


: 頒獎地點：同倪匡科幻獎，場地一角，最好是廁所旁或是點心桌旁。
: 頒獎日期：同倪匡科幻獎，中場休息時間
: 頒獎典禮預估工作人數：四人
: 頒獎典禮道具：書寫活動名稱的海報或標語布條一幅，紅包袋，照相錄影器材
: 頒獎流程：倪匡科幻獎中場休息時間，找個角落，兩人迅速拉起布幅（十秒內完成）
: 一人頒獎（各五秒），一人照相／錄影。預計三十秒內完成頒獎典禮。
