Shaquille O'Neal is traveling with the Cavs and working out on his own.

Beat writer George Thomas notes that Shaq is "noticeably more svelte" now that
he was at the start of the season. He was running the stadium stairs while the
Cavs had their shootaround on Wednesday, a sure sign he will be ready for the
Cavs' playoff run.
