Ajax loan Mido to Celta Vigo

VIGO, Spain, March 7 (AFP) c 2003 AFP

Ajax have loaned their Egyptian forward Ahmed Hossam Mido to Celta Vigo
till the end of the season, the Spanish top flight club said here Friday.

The 20-year-old Mido is set to arrive here Sunday and could play 10 days
later in a league clash against Atletico Madrid.

It is believed that Mido has been brought in to fill in for Argentine
Sebastian Mendez, who currently has a serious knee injury.
