Ballotta leads Lazio Euro list Saturday 1 September, 2007

Lazio have released their Champions League squad for 2007-08, but it contains
only two goalkeepers.
The Biancocelesti qualified for the competition via the preliminary round,
eliminating Dinamo Bucharest 4-2 on aggregate.
They are in Group C along with Real Madrid, Werder Bremen and Olympiakos.
As the transfer window closed with only young shot-stopper Muslera coming in
to replace the retired Angelo Peruzzi, 43-year-old Marco Ballotta is still
the first choice.
Mobido Diakhite has been left out, as the defender will be sidelined for
several months with a fractured leg.
