Lazio goalkeeper Fernando Muslera will be out for at least three weeks with a
sprained ankle but he is optimistic of returning in time for the Rome derby
on March 13.
"I hoped the consultation had gone better as I felt well compared to Sunday,"
he told Lalaziosiamonoi.it.
"Now I hope to be back in time for the derby. I certainly don't want to miss
the game against Roma.
"We are on the right track, but there are still many games to go."
In a statement, Lazio added, "Muslera will continue rehabilitation and he
will undergo new examinations within eight to ten days."
Muslera will miss the games against Cagliari and Palermo.
