FIBA規則第13章：How the ball is played
定義：During the game, the ball is played with the hand(s) only and BLABLA..
有說明球只能用手玩
不過13.2.1又說：To run with the ball, deliberately kick or block it with
any part of the leg or strike it with the fist is violation
ps後面還有一段說若非蓄意則不能算違例
