這我也有收到,這個是在1996二月到2006十一月之間有在海外使用美國發行的Visa,
MasterCard, Diners Club或ATM卡的人都會收到. 這是一個集體官司,原因是美國信用卡
發卡銀行會對在海外使用信用卡ATM卡的人收不少的使用費. 現在這些發卡銀行準備付
3億多美金和解,而只要是有在這段時間裡被收過這些費用的持卡人都算原告,可以分賠償
金的一部份.

我是到他們的網站http://www.ccfsettlement.com填線上表格. 最簡單的選項是只要輸入
你的refund id(在寄來的文件上有)就可以領25塊. 如果你在海外花超過US$2500的話你可
以領更多,不過你需要列出比較多的資料,比較麻煩就是了.
