I am a female graduate student from Taiwan, and I am looking for a female
student to take over the second bedroom in my very new, nice and clean
2-bedroom apartment. This apartment has security and is very close to the
campus.  It's also very close to the North Berkeley Bart station and the bus
stop is right across the building. It's right beside the supermarket. The
room will be available in Dec, 2008 or January, 2009 (Negotiable). The lease
term is one year (but can be transferred.). Information about the building

- Rent is $700 with $1470 security deposit (will return to you when the lease
ends)
- The rent includes Cable TV, High Speed T-1 Internet access, gas and garbage
