I have a master bedroom with private kitchen/bathroom available during June.08-August.20
It is located on Colusa Avenue, Davis, which is 2.2 miles from UC Davis campus. It is a 6mins driving/11mins biking. Bus stop is right around corner. If you are a UCD student then bus is free! Close to many markets, Safeway, Trader Joe, Savemart, CVS, and Rite-aid. There are all kinds of restaurants in downtown Davis, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Pizza, Indian and so on. Downtown is only 2.7 miles away.
This is a single-storey house. This is a master bedroom with its own private bathroom. There is a kitchen attached outside with simple cooking appliances. This room is facing the backyard and you will have your own private entrance. It is fully furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, huge closet, coffee table, sofa, huge fridge, and microwave oven. The only thing you need to share with others is washing machine.
There are plenty spaces to park along the street and the neighbor is really safe.
Room available from June 8th to August 19th. Rent is 500 per month. Utilities included. (Water, electricity, gas, WIFI) No pets. This place is perfect for someone who value privacy and keep everything to his or her own. This is an ideal place for people who goes to UC Davis for summer school.
