不曉得如果不是華大的學生，那個不付會不會怎麼樣?
它上面的 penalities for failure to respond 是說
Failure to respond in one of the required methods may result in the
impoundment of your vehicle at your expense or assignment to a
collection agency.
我是覺得以華大自己的權力來說，車子都開走了
它要吊也沒得吊起，就是以後可能都別想停到華大校園了
但是不曉得他們有沒有權力把這個紀錄丟給州政府
會不會在州政府的 vehicle registration 上面留下不好的紀錄...
