If you just want to come over here and have fun, you can go for
those schools. In my experience, you can really learn english,
only studying in a school which has no Taiwanese around.
Further, those schools are in big cities. The tuition fee and
expenses cost a lot of more than in a small town such as Tacoma
or Lakewood.
In my suggestion, depending on your purpose (for fun or for
English) you could find the school which you really want.
For fun: Big schools, more Chinese/Taiwanese.
For English: Small schools, few/no Taiwanese.
