We are looking for a new tenant starting from now.
1. The house is around 15th avenue and NE 145th street in the Shoreline , WA.
2. The neighborhood is safe and quiet .
3. $550/Month for a furnished bedroom with all utilities included except sharing
1/3 internet fee with two other tenants. It is $ 15 per month.
4. Convenient bus routes to UW, Shoreline Community college, and Seattle
Downtown.
5. Within two blocks to the bank, Chinese restaurant, and supermarket.
6. There are 2 dogs live there . One is in downstair and the other is upstair.
