Sharing wealth pays off for Sixers

PHILADELPHIA - For the Sixers, it's all about finding the right balance.

While Allen Iverson, the league's leading scorer at 33.7 points per game, and
Chris Webber (19.0) are the Sixers' primary offensive weapons, statistics
suggest that the Sixers have better results when they share the wealth.
數據顯示，當七六人的主要得分武器Iverson(33.7)和Webber(19.0)樂於分享出手機會的

For example, the Sixers are:
? 6-10 when Iverson and Webber combine for 47 or more points, making them 5-1
when it doesn't happen;

? 4-1 when John Salmons scores a minimum of 14 points;
? 3-0 when Andre Iguodala has at least 20;

"When you have balance, everybody feels like they're in the game," said Korver
after Tuesday's practice. "Whether you're scoring or not, you can always play
defense and rebound, but it's easier when you feel involved on both ends. It's
a lot more fun."

coach Maurice Cheeks. "We're a more dangerous team that way."

they're going to struggle to beat anybody. And that includes tonight's

The league officially announced that the Sixers will be one of four NBA teams
spending their training camp in Europe next fall.

The Sixers will hold camp in Barcelona, Spain. They are scheduled to face
Winterthur FC Barcelona in an Oct. 6 exhibition game, then take on the Suns

winner of the Euroleague champion and the Euroleague runner-up on Oct. 11 in
Cologne.

the fourth quarter of Monday's 90-89 overtime win over the Wolves or Cheeks'
slam to put the exclamation point on the Sixers' 1983 title-clinching Game 4
victory over the Lakers?
