Town Planning in Practice

literature by Raymond Unwin called 'Town Planning in Practice'. As the
first country to have town planning legisation, the UK set a model
which other countries followed. Important, town planning was
essentially what Unwin practised between about 1900 and 1909.
His book (printed originally in 1909) therefore is a
practical and theoretical piece advocating urban design from an aesthetic
perspective.
Its important is still shown by it being in print!!
