工作內容說明:
The GES (Global Engineering Services) is chartered with developing hardware
and software test solutions for hp products. GES is now hiring a
system/software engineering intern at our location at Taipei, Taiwan. This
person will assist the local team in delivering new products against the
assigned schedule by developing and validating test software to further
enhance the test coverage and capability for our new products.
To assist the hp product development teams in delivering new products, the
person will assist test software development that developed in hp. The person
shall help setting up systems, including tablets, notebooks, desktops,
workstations, and servers, and running test software with the requested
configurations and environments for validating new software or duplicating
reported issues accordingly. The person shall be self-motivated and fast-pace
in getting familiar with the assigned test software. The person also needs to
report manager the test progress in a timely manner. This person is also
expected completing things smart to enhance the work efficiency.
The position should provide a versatile internship experience on product
development in PC field and test software development.

條件需求:
- The first year Master student is preferred
- Understanding a PC system
- Software programming capability
- Capable of producing reports in English with proof reading
- Commit a full one-year Intern program (24 hours per week)
Education: Master student in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Skills:
- Experienced and interested in C and VC programming under Windows or Linux
- Familiar with DOS commands or Linux shell scripts
- Familiar with using Windows or Linux, e.g. Win 8, RHEL,SUSE, or Ubuntu, etc.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Outlook and Office
- Good team work, can-do attitude, and accountable.
