Nadal closes in on another title

Rafael Nadal is one win away from his second title in two weeks after
reaching the Mexican Open final.
The 18-year-old, who won the Brazil Open on Sunday, cruised past Argentine
wildcard Mariano Puerta 6-4 6-1.
Puerta upset top seed Carlos Moya in the first round but could not repeat
the trick against Nadal.
Seventh seed Nadal will meet fellow Spaniard Albert Montanes, who battled
past Argentina's Agustin Calleri 7-6 (7-3) 1-6 7-6 (7-4).
Nadal has beaten Montanes twice before in Challenger tournaments but the
teenager insisted past records would not count in Saturday's final.
"In the finals there is no favourite," he said.
"One day I will lose to Montanes and I hope it's not on Saturday."
