San Antonio Spurs guard Manu Ginobili is blaming himself for his team's
failure to reach the NBA Finals.

The Spurs lost, 4-1, to Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals
last week - and Ginobili cites fatigue as the reason he underperformed
throughout the series.
馬刺在上週以1-4輸給湖人，而Manu認為疲勞是他整個系列賽都有失水準的原因。

"I felt less confident in the two opening games of the series than in the
fifth," Ginobili told Argentinian newspaper Ole. "I was not ready for those
two after the terribly tough game against the (New Orleans) Hornets (in the
conference semifinals)."
”在頭兩戰我感到比第五戰更沒有自信，” Ginobili告訴阿根廷報紙Ole。”在對抗黃蜂
的極端艱辛的比賽後，我沒有做好打那兩場比賽的準備。”

The NBA's Sixth Man of the Year Award winner this season, Ginobili was slowed
by a nagging ankle injury throughout the conference finals.
身為本季NBA最佳第六人，Ginobili在整個西區決賽受到腳踝的傷勢所苦。

Ginobili also credited the swarming defense of the Lakers, who limited the
acrobatic swingman to an average of just 12.6 points per game in the
five-game series.

只有平均12.6分的貢獻。

"My physical condition was an important reason," Ginobili told Ole. "As the
Lakers defend so physically, very close to the body, I needed some explosion
to get away from the defender behind me.

"I feel I am responsible (for the elimination) because of how I felt and

the NBA. I won't even watch the finals."

Ginobili, 30, does not believe the Spurs need to overhaul their roster this
offseason.

"I don't think we need to completely change the squad," he said. "Last year
we won the title thanks to our experience. Now we shouldn't believe we are
all too old or we need a change."

最近外電很少，沒太多有趣的文章
不過看來Manu在面對家鄉的記者總算坦承他在西區決賽的身體狀況真的很差
他也真的非常自責，認為輸球要算在自己失常的表現上

Manu暑假好好休息吧，奧運金牌也拿過了，比賽時不要拼過頭，先求身體健康阿！
