Player Spotlight: Richard Jefferson
Jefferson was nearly invisible in his first playoff game in silver and black.
He reappeared in Game 2 with the sort of playoff performance his old Nets
teammate, Jason Kidd, has been reminding everyone Jefferson still has within
him.

Jefferson was more aggressive driving to the basket and going to the boards,
and he did a credible job at the defensive end.

Hidden Stat: McDyess’ Offensive Rebounds

The other key offseason acquisition for the Spurs, Antonio McDyess scored
only four points in Game 2, but he had five offensive rebounds, and four of
them led directly to Spurs baskets. On two of them, McDyess passed to Tim
Duncan for easy buckets.
