Ginobili to have hand surgery, out 6-8 weeks

Manu Ginobili (broken hand) will undergo surgery on Thursday and will be
sidelined 6-8 weeks.

Ginobili's timetable had been pegged as 4-6 weeks when the injury occurred,
but he's going to be out a bit longer than initially expected. It's a big
blow to the Spurs, and his minutes will be distributed among Gary Neal and
James Anderson. We like Neal as the pickup over Anderson, as he hit 129
threes at a 41.9 percent clip last year in his rookie season.

Manu Ginobili的左手將在週四動手術，預計缺席6~8週。
