昨天直播時候寄給GRETECH的技術問題信，GRETECH人員給我了回覆

For the past few days some users have been experiencing live stream issue.
過去的這幾周，部分用戶在觀看直播上發生問題

First of all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
首先，我們對於造成的任何不便感到抱歉

We have been thoroughly checking our system and were unable to find any
problems with our network structure, the problem is therefore out of our
direct control. We are currently in the process of gathering details of users
who are experiencing problems and have been analyzing the problem and are
looking for a solution.
經過徹底檢查我們的系統後，發現我們的網路架構並沒有任何問題，
所以，問題不是我們可以掌控的（所以是ISP問題）?
我們目前已經在蒐集用戶們的問題回報、分析問題，並尋找解決的方案。

Please send an e-mail with the following information.
請寄e-mail連同以下資訊

- Type of Operating system and Web Browser
- Location (Country, city)
- Result of the GOMTV.net bandwidth check, which can be found here:
  http://www.gomtv.net/process/speedCheck.gom
- Whether you are able to watch sample VODs here without problems:
http://www.gomtv.net/process/videoSample.gom?num=100 (HQ)
http://www.gomtv.net/process/videoSample.gom?num=101 (SQ)
- Your Internet Service Provider
- Type of your Antivirus Software if any
- Whether you have your firewall turned on
- Whether you are trying to use the service from home, work, school or
someplace else
