      Weapon Proficiency
      武器熟練
      This skill improves ranged ground weapon damage. This skill only
      improves the damage of ranged weapons and does not improve an
      secondary effect. This skill does not improve melee ground weapons, or
      unarmed combat.
      這項技能強化遠程武器傷害. 這項技能只會提升遠程武器的傷害而並不提升次要
      效果. 這項技能不提升任何近戰武器或徒手戰鬥.

      allies.

      This skill improves the Shield Hit Points of ground shields. The more
      points in this skill, the more damage your ground shield can take.
      這項技能提升地面護盾的容量. 這項技能的點數越高, 你的地面護盾就能承受越
      多傷害.

      Science Captains who learn 3 ranks of this Skill will unlock the ability
      to train Bridge Officers in Tricorder Scan III.
      習得三階的科學官艦長, 可以訓練艦橋軍官三度儀掃描III。
      Science Captains who learn 6 ranks of this Skill will unlock the ability
      to train Bridge Officers in Dampening Field I.
      習得六階的科學官艦長, 可以訓練艦橋軍官抑制力場I。

      Threat Control
      威脅度控制
      This skill increases your ground Threat with your attacks. That is, when
      you attack a foe on the ground, that foe will be more likely to ignore
      its current target and attack you. You must attack the target to
      generate the extra Threat. The increase in Threat is always active and
      cannot be deactivated, so you must be prepared for the additional
      incoming damage. This skill also grants you a small passive Damage
      Resistance bonus, to help compensate for the additional Threat. Note
      that Threat generation from this skill will have no effect against
      another player (PvP), however the bonus damage resistance still applies.
      這項技能提升你的地面攻擊造成的威脅值. 這代表當你在地面上攻擊敵人時, 該
      名敵人會比較容易忽略當前目標轉而攻擊你. 你必須要攻擊目標才能產生額外的
      威脅. 增加的威脅值是會是常駐的, 也不能關掉, 所以你得要有會受到額外傷害
      的準備. 這項技能也提供你小量被動傷害抵抗, 好用來抵擋額外受到的傷害. 請
      注意威脅值在玩家與玩家的對抗中完全沒有效果, 不過傷害抵抗仍然會有作用.

      This skill improves ground science abilities that Control your enemies.
      這項技能強化控制敵人的地面科學能力。
      Specifically, this skill will improve your ground science abilities that
      apply a Hold, Disable, Root, Slow, Confuse, Placete or Knock.
      明確來說，這項技能將會強化引發定身、癱瘓、綁定、緩速、混亂、安撫或擊倒
      的地面科學技能。
      Science Captains who learn 3 ranks of this Skill will unlock the ability
      to train Bridge Officers in Gravimetric Shift III.
      習得三階的科學官艦長, 可以訓練艦橋軍官重量改變III。
      Science Captains who learn 6 ranks of this Skill will unlock the ability
      to train Bridge Officers in Neural Neutralizer II.
      習得六階的科學官艦長, 可以訓練艦橋軍官神經中和劑II。

      Willpower
      意志力
      This skill grants you resistance to Control effects on the ground. The
      more points in this skill will increase your resistance to Hold, Stun,
      Disable, Root, Slow, Placate, Confuse, Knock and Repel.
      這項技能提供你在地面上抵抗控制效果的抗性. 這項技能的點數越高, 會提升越
      多對定身, 昏迷, 癱瘓, 綁定, 緩速, 安撫, 混亂, 擊倒和擊退的抗性.

      This skill improves ground science abilities that cause direct damage to
      your target or his shields.
      這項技能強化導致直接傷害你的目標或是目標護盾的地面科學能力。
      This skill does not improve weapon or hand-to-hand damage.
      這項技能不會強化武器或是肉博傷害。
      Science Captains who learn 3 ranks of this Skill will unlock the ability
      to train Bridge Officers in Sonic Pulse III.
      習得三階的科學官艦長, 可以訓練艦橋軍官聲波脈衝III。
      Science Captains who learn 6 ranks of this Skill will unlock the ability
      to train Bridge Officers in Science Team III.
      習得六階的科學官艦長, 可以訓練艦橋軍官科學小組III。
      Combat Armor
      戰鬥護甲
      This skill improves your ground Armor. This skill does not grant any
      passive Damage Resistance, however it does improve the effective Damage
      Resistance of any armor you are wearing.
      這項技能提升你的地面護甲. 這項技能不提供任何被動傷害抗性, 但會提升你所
      穿著的任何護甲傷害減免能力.
