Many statisticians believe that estimation is much more important than
tests of hypotheses and accordingly approach statistical tests through
confidence intervals.
為什麼統計學家會認為estimation是比tests of hypotheses重要？
是因為tests of hypotheses是從estimation(e.g. confidence intervals)來的嗎？
從統計的觀點，以estimation出發可以推得很多東西是嗎？
