[問題] 假設檢定

大家好...第一次在這邊問問題...

現在作假設檢定有碰到一個問題

就是在拒絕域的部份

比如說題目給定α=0.01 (大樣本)

教科書上的步驟到這一步是直接寫說

RR={|Z|>zα/2} or RR={Z<-zα/2 or Z>zα/2}

可是手上的題目詳解卻是直接用z 0.01

翻書也沒有看到為何不用 /2

麻煩解惑 >"<


補上題目

A machine in a factory must be repaired if it produces more than 10%
defectives among the large lot of items it produces in a day. A random sample
of 100 items from the day's production contains 15 defectives, and the
supervisor says that the machine must be repaired. Does the sample evidence
support his decision? Use a test with level 0.01
