哪方面的論文? 在統計分析 microarray 的論文中,
shrinkage is to manipulate the denominator of a test statistic that,
practically speaking, is a t-test.

:    這個統計方法的目的是什麼?
:    看文章好像是在評估統計方法的適用性
:    又或是 assumption 的正確性
:    不知道對否?
LRT 就是一種檢定(test)方法, 目的就是.... 檢定.
我不曉得要如何用 LRT 來"評估"統計方法.

→ gsuper:所以收束的概念應該就像 SAM , 在 unpaired t 的分母加一

→ gsuper:statistic 分割成兩種不同 assumption 的 test statistic
→ gsuper:以 SAM 來說 , 就是 fold change + unpaired t
→ gsuper:不過概念知道以後 我還是不會使用LRT....
你可以翻任何一本數理統計的書, 裡面都會談到 LRT, 跟你說的似乎沒有關係.
