Mike D'Antoni signed a four-year deal with the Lakers. Phil Jackson was
"asking for the moon," accoring to source familiar w/ the situation.


 Mike D'Antoni 簽下四年合約。

Lakers won't have D'Antoni in place till later in the week; he's awaiting
medical clearance post-knee surgery.

  D'Antoni 還在膝蓋手術的復健過程中，至少這禮拜還是 Bernie 帶隊。
