1. 本會名稱: 明日之星英文口語會（Elite English Club）
2. 本會宗旨:
a. 藉由自我鍛練，互相激勵，專家指導等三種方式，
來增加成員的英文演講及英文職場溝通的能力
b. 分享職場經驗，為成員在職場上發光發亮做準備
c. 提供一個Business/Social Networking Environment，
為成員增廣社交及商場的人脈
3. 成員資格（暫定）:
a. 性別，年齡，國籍： 不限
b. 語言能力：英文程度中上（英文系所畢業，TOEIC 850分以上，有國外留學
或居住經驗，從事英文業務相關行業，自信英文口語溝通能力不錯者）

現有成員1：
Sunny Lin
Mr. Lin was born and brought up in Taiwan. He received an MSME degree
from Arizona State. He had nearly twenty years of working experience
in US high tech companies, including Honeywell Aerospace, Seagate, IBM,
Quantum, and Maxtor. In 2002, he joined Hong-hai of Taiwan. He was a
senior marketing manager handling tier one customers such as Dell, Intel,
and IBM. He worked closely with top Hong-hai managers, and took charge in
many important negotiations, business proposals, joined project discussions,
design reviews, fire firing team, and others. He retired in 2009.
Now a free man, he devotes his life to traveling, reading, making friends,
and helping others.
現有成員2：
Michael Chen (24)
Mr. Chen graduated from University of Connecticut with a major in Finance.
He received his education from four different countries, including Taiwan,
Canada, China and America. The unique studying experience equiped him with
a broad international perspective. He is a native speaker who learned English
as his first language and has 14 years of foreign experiences.
4. 地點 (暫定): 台中市西區向上路一段79巷8號26樓 (鄉林觀雲總裁行館宴會廳)
5. 時間: 每周三 19:00-20:50
6. 進行方式:
warm up (19:00~19:10)
以輕鬆的聊天開場， 聊聊生活趣事或有什麼想分享的
prepared speech (19:10-19:40)
當周speakers（二～三人）必須準備一篇有備演講， 長度7-10分鐘/人 (+/-兩分鐘)
intermission (19:40-19:45)
中場休息五分鐘 (哈拉時間)
evaluation section (19:45-8:05)
當周evaluators(聽眾+指定評審+專家)針對當周speakers給予講評與意見(5-10分鐘/人）
interactive discussion (8:05-8:30)
table topics: 大家一起針對當日host所選定之主題(文章，新聞， 書等)討論
special session（專家指導時間）or just social time (8:30-8:50)
7. 費用：NT1500/3個月，或 NT600/每個月。(用來支付 場地+飲料+專家車馬費）
- 大家有疑慮前，採取每次給 NT150
8. 人數限制: 10人以內(暫定)

以上各項均為必填，得於實際開會後由所有成員投票調整。
發起人是比較辛苦的，就好像你要帶一群人出去玩一樣，你必須知道你帶誰？去哪裡？去
玩什麼？要給他們行前通知。
所有的條件可以定的很寬鬆，也可以定的很嚴格，但無論如何請仔細填寫。
明確就是力量，當你越知道你要的是什麼，你就越容易找到你要的。
事先的規劃跟準備可以節省你許多不必要的糾紛與麻煩。
