1. 自介：

   We are a group of people who want not only to perfect English speaking but
to widen our knowledge. Our members come from different fields, including
accounting, international management, law, psychology and so forth and all of
us can speak English fluently.

2. 對象：

   Anyone who have no difficulties to get up early everyday, who speaks fluent
English or have a goal to improve his or her speaking ability, who is willing
to commit to a regular attendance and would be able to engage in meaningful
discussions.

3. 目標：

   To be able to discuss a variety of topics in English and to enhance English
speaking and reading ability.

4. 原因：

   We have run this group over 2 years. Since some of our members left because
of hard working load, we now want to recruit new members to join us.

5. 地點：

   skype

6. 時間：

   At 7~8 a.m., from Monday to Friday. (at least two days a week)

7. 方式：

   Through skype.

   Members take turns to be the host (1 day per week). The host needs to select
the topics (no limitation) and prepare the questions of discussion 2 days
before you host. The host also needs to host the discussion.


8. 範圍：

   We don’t have any limitation to the material. Often depend on the host that
day, which may include TED, news, articles from magazines, debate and so on.

9. 人數限制：

   We now need to recruit 3~4 members.

10.解散條件：

   Since we have exercised about 2 years, there would be no possibility for
dismissing.

11.運作規則：

   To become one of our members, there are two duties need to be fulfilled.

   First, as a participant, you need to choose your available days of this
semester (at least 2 days a week). On the day you signed, you have to
well-prepare for the topic the host picked and show up on time.

   Second, everyone has to be the host 1 day a week. The host schedule will be
set at the beginning of this semester.
