SomSometimes I sign my name as Yves... same pronounciation as "Eve" (abbr. for Evelyn), but looks like a femme-fatal name... I think it's pretty cool..
I think the name is a kind of identity..
I seldome use my English name "Evelyn" after
I( graduated from high school..
In university professors just call me by my chinese name..
After some time Evelyn Chung just snound like another person,
once lived and had a strange life, not me anymore..
And then my high school buddies would call me, I became Evelyn again..
like the name only belongs to them and memories about them...
just some thoughts... about names and identity... share with you..
