Perhaps there is no such a word in English.
(I watch cop and lawyer shows and I just cannot remember!!)
You may find the following words useful...
"prosecutorial immunity":
Exemption from prosecution in return for testimony or evidence
bearing on a court case, ie, "immunity from prosecution", or
"witness immunity".
In order to gain the cooperation from a witness, a DA or Judge may
offer a waiver or immunity to the witness in exchange of testimony.
