沒聽說耶 我只知道香蕉和木瓜的鉀離子高 吃了會造成腎臟負擔
故腎臟不好的人吃太多 會造成高血鉀 會造成心律不整
而高血鉀因離子交換通道 相對會造成低血鈣 造成肌肉易抽筋
而骨鈣太高 而容易骨折 黑黑 其實也不是太懂
希望各位醫學界的高人指點一下
