I complete 1000 meters in about 18 minutes and 30 seconds at the best,
and 20 minutes at the worst. I did it in 17 minutes and fifty seconds
only once about three years ago.
I now complete 1,500 to 2,000 meters almost every day. 1,500 meters
take me about 30 minutes and 2,000 meters take me about 39 to 40 minutes.
Now you know why I am always in such good shape. Ha, Ha!
