That's why I often empphasize the importance of independent
thinking. For the past years, though we are frequently bombarded by
all kinds of twisted concepts or reports, we remain steadfast to
our principles ---supporting the really indigenous party, the DPP.
The reason is quite evident and simple: we must seek a system that
is totally free from the Chinese ideology, because their views are mostly
feudalistic. Most importantly, they are still holding an illusion,
unification. They are too timid to face the reality. Taiwanese are much
more virtuous than mainlanders. I become more and more inclined to embrace
this view. I still don't know why Whinese way of thinking should become so
poisonous.
