可能與lipoid nephrosis(MCD)為同一類，總之是visceral epi damage.
etiology有藥物，感染，有的沒的，或是nephrin/podocin/alpha-sctin 4
(Robbins fig 20-5)
而根據Johnson & Feehally Comprehensive Clinical Nephorlogy,
IgM與C3的deposition僅為epi破壞之後造成大分子濾出，所以不算是causal factor
同時請ddx lipoid nephrosis，protein異常濾出FSGS為相對non-selective，
lipoid是highly selective，所以FM下為negative
完全的non-selective就是MGN，所以可以濾出globulin等更大的分子，
造成堆積，堆到subepi或是epimembranous，然後引起C5b-C9 atteck，
也造成steroid non-response(FSGS也是，MCD就有效)。
至於course是indolent還是怎樣，那又是另外的事了。
