(C) 可以用手術也可以用心導管。補充如下：
1. 共筆只有寫到手術的方式。
2. Sebiston p. 1833一開始寫了一堆手術方式，
表示手術還是蠻重要的。但是最後說到
In recurrent CoA，balloon angioplasty is the procedure of choice。
Initial success rate are high，with a low incidence of complication。
3. 循環vol.3 p.11說到CoA 用心導管治療。
(D) Sebiston p. 1893
The only effective therapy of AS is aortic valve replacement。

(B) Descending aorta 接到left pulmonary a.
(C) 打通心房中膈，治療TGA。即為共筆p.18下方框框的心房轉位手術。
(D) subclavian a.接到pulmonary a.
所以(A) (B) (D)都會增加肺動脈血流量

補充說明：

ASD：Surgery for small defect of ASD still controversial。
Spontaneous closure of a small patent foramen ovale occurs
in up to 80﹪of infants within the first year。
2. 2. (Sebiston p.1818)
VSD：Perimenbranous and muscular defect tend to close with time。
80﹪of VSD seen at 1 month of age will close Spontaneously。
Spontaneous closure of malalignment and subarterial defect is unlikely。
