   老師認為題目跟選項都沒有問題 
   (B) orientation  本來就比較容易弄錯 
   (C) serial substration of seven 屬於注意力的問題，並不容易有問題 
   (D) could not recall two (2) things out three (3) tested objects.
       四個選項中唯一總得分會<18，屬於short term memory的問題

   老師很認真的，把問題送到美國請問專家了

   (B)  Delirium is the most common reason to consult a psychiatrist in the 
        hospital setting. 老師說depression才是(老師是從萬芳等其他醫院來看的)
   (D)  Substance use disorders are rarely found among the elderly. 
        老師說雖然有藥物濫用的問題，但很少很少啦
