其實我當時自己也看不懂 (那部份似乎是出自891)
老師上課也沒有想要說清楚 (大概說不清楚吧)
我想是因為 No one knows the exact cause of PCOS,
although there are several working theories
應該只要知道
The lack of follicular maturation and inability to ovulate are
likely caused by low levels of follicle stimulating hormone
and higher-than-normal levels of androgens produced in the ovary.
以及 the excessive androgens ,
which may be caused by the body not producing and/or
processing the hormone insulin normally.
這樣就可以了吧
