Efficacy of aspirin for prevention of preeclampsia is controversial. A
Cochrane review of data from over 30,000 women showed that antiplatelet drugs
(largely low-dose aspirin) are associated with a moderate (15%) decrease in
risk of preeclampsia and stillbirth or neonatal death (Duley, 2001). However,
these studies included both low- and high-risk women (Coomarasamy, 2003).
A prospective study found that fetal lung maturity, as reflected by amniotic
fluid tests, is delayed rather than accelerated in hypertensive pregnancies
and suggests that steroids are effective in accelerating fetal lung
maturation between 24 and 33 weeks' gestation (Piazze, 1998).
Heparin有個奇怪的complication：
在onset of thrombocytopenia之前，有1/3病人會產生thrombotic（一般要用5~7天才會
