Your letter must be typed on the school's original letterhead. The signature
of a school official and the school seal must overlap your photograph. A
letter of identity is valid for 1 year.
簡單的說你就按照下面的格式自己打一張

然後回去你以前讀過的學校請學校的人蓋章簽名(章要蓋到你的照片)
(明天雖然是週日 但是一般來說高中都會有教官值日 你可以早點起來去找教官幫你蓋)
就可以代替護照使用
我同學在台大語言中心還有我本人在美加都用過這個代替護照考試
