選項C很明顯不對，香料spices were USED TO MAKE perfume and medicine，而不是
拿來"交換"這些物品
唯一可以推出且不違背原文意思的，就只有B選項，香料在歐洲無法取得(生產)，
所以歐洲人才需要向亞洲這方進行貿易交流(並拓展商旅路線等)
