疑問：

我選C 只是覺得用would感覺不太對

答案是A 那麼是不是正確改法為 does not have to 呢?
那麼would就代表著一種"建議"語氣摟?

其實我是被would的意思困惑著
它除了當will的過去式外
還有其它意思嗎
