應該是all--> 因為all+否定是"部份否定" 所以是"不是所有的東西都比較便宜"
雖然我覺得有點奇怪
all...not多用於口語 一般是用not all來表示比較不會有語意不清的狀況
Eng-class版有討論過 請自行參閱
以考試來說 應該盡量避免語意不清及口語用法

查的時候也看到很多人在問"both (of)"的否定是部份否定與否
advanced grammar in use中
"We don't usually make negative setence with both (of).
Instead we can use neither."
由此看來"both (of)...not"="neither (of)
however, in informal speech is sometimes used in this way"
至於none+of+複數動詞時 動詞可為單數或複數動詞 但是正式英文偏好單數
其他類似的有any of/ each of/either of/ neither of(這邊跟一堆台灣老師教的不同)

: 答案是(C)--seriously  這樣一來seriously是修飾哪個動詞阿!! ~"~

seriously修飾damaged 程度的副詞基本上要擺在形容詞前

→ dgas:將其視為形容詞 現在/過去分詞都不屬動詞 be才是動詞
