請教一句從沒看過的句型

我在語言工具書上看到的句子

真的嚇死我了

因為從來沒看過

At the thief's trail,the video of him stealing the jewelry was the knockout

blow agaist him.

我知道如果是改成the vedio of his stealing jewelry  是國語語法邏輯翻英文的產物

但是，我還是不知道這個用法是怎麼轉換來的，請大家幫我解惑，並且在幫我個句子。

→ adolfo:that放進去的話變成子句 就不對了吧
