這兩題是很像，但意思是不一樣的，
而文法上，我也不知道為什麼，只知道當做慣用法來背，
以下稍做點整理，可以方便記憶
●nothing | 只~；僅~
anythig | but + VR 絕不(是)~
例句：
He did nothing but watch TV yesterday. 他昨天整天只是在看電視，什麼都沒做。
He may do anything but love her. 他絕不可能愛她。
●不得不~；禁不住~
cannot help | + Ving~
---------------------------
cannot but |
cannot help but | + VR~
cannot choose but |
---------------------------
have no choice but| + to VR~
