問題:1.此題答案為a-Built,因為是Being built,省略了Being,being為什麼能省呢?
     2.答案為什麼不是c呢?或者d為什麼不對呢?

請各位大大幫忙解答,總是對這類型的考題沒有辦法~~~><謝謝大家~
