如題


在新TOEIC單字600中, p187, 單字 circumstantially 的例句如下:

The building owner circumstantially takes money out of escrow account for

emergency repairs.



小弟查過yahoo和Google的字典

escrow (n) 的意思為 "附帶條件委付蓋印契約"

但還是不太懂這個單字的意思
