      higher in the summer and slightly cooler in the winter than ___ did
      in the past.

疑問：為甚麼是A 不是 D
      剛剛有找前面的文章，前面的說法是did是替代了 keeping the temperature....
      所以空白處是替代前面的many offices.

      那為什麼空格位置不是代替前面的policy 而是 offices??
      還是did 是替代前面的 have a policy of ........呢?
      覺得有點小疑惑

→ priv        :因為是比較級+than，所以重點在higher和cooler than
→ priv        :所以就文意上來說是辦公室保持某個溫度
→ priv        :而不是規則去保持某個溫度

→ priv        :have的話解釋起來語意比較怪
→ priv        :應該說比較不直覺，因為have和比較級離很遠
