疑問：為甚麼是C而不是B
兩個都是「有關、涉及」的意思 而且relate確實也有這樣的用法存在
ex:
Activities relating to forest administration, including forest nurture,
protection, deforestation, etc.
這裡不能用relating的原因是？？？

疑問：為甚麼是A而不是D
A是目前的意思
D是暫時的意思
文意好像都說得過去，為什麼D不行呢？

疑問：為甚麼是C而不是D
mandatory的用法我真的不熟 直覺就是選compelling
但想了很久還是不知道D為什麼不行
請高手講解
